ADMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Applicants for Grade One must be 6 years old and have finished Kindergarten level or its equivalent.
2. Processing of application shall begin upon submission of all documentary requirements and duly-accomplished Forms. (You may send scanned copies of the requirements to pvboncolmo@parefsouthridge.edu.ph. or you may call the admissions Office at 0917 6220273 or 8807-8080 loc,110 for inquiries and clarifications.

 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Accomplished Online Admissions Form
   (https://sms.parefsouthridge.edu.ph/registrar/newFamily.php)
2. Scanned copy of recent 1 x 1 ID photo (student)
3. Scanned copy of recent 1 x 1 ID photo colored (each parent)
4. Scanned copy of the Church Marriage Contract of the parents
5. Scanned copy of the Birth Certificate of the student-applicant
6. Scanned copy of the Baptismal Certificate of the student-applicant
7. Scanned copy of Report Card (of most recently completed school year or quarter of the current school year)
8. Two (2) Online Recommendation Forms (https://parefsouthridge.edu.ph/online-recommendation-forms)

Note: You may send scanned copies of the requirements to plcorsame@parefsouthridge.edu.ph. Once all of the requirements have been submitted, please wait for acknowledgement and other advice from the Admissions Office.
