The administrative staff has the primary task of supporting the teachers and administrators in their task of operating the school and providing education to the students.  It is in seeing the crucial role of the staff that Southridge has decided to provide training and formation to the administrative staff so that they also become respective professionals and models of excellence in service. The school also aims to train the staff to be effective in their communication of knowledge, skills and values and good examples of all the virtues the school wants them to practice.
