We can use self discipline on making the right choice, for example you are a politician and you won in the elections as a mayor, your handled city has a lot of money but also has poverty, some people use that money to their advantage but you have self discipline so you apply self discipline and help fix the real problems of your city. It also helps you stick with and achieve tough goals that you set for yourself. Self discipline also helps you to keep going through to great success, despite what others may see as seemingly insurmountable odds. It can also improve learning and enhance performance.
Self-discipline helps you to overcome the bad habits by meditating regularly. It gives you the ability not to give up after failure and setbacks, develop self-control, provide the ability to resist distractions, helps you to motivate yourself until you accomplish your goals.
I applied it by abiding by the rules, wearing facemask every time we go out.we also heavily sterilize the packages that my mom and sister order. we disciplined ourselves to always wash our hand and by not kissing our parents when they got home. every time we would go out we just stayed in the car. when we exercise we always applied social distancing when we see other people. We also did not share water and food with other people in the house.
My mom also always bring her quarantine pass with her if she would go somewhere and always sprayed alcohol and sterilizer every time she touches something. and we also did not leave our house as much as possible.
