To reinforce the idea of home-school collaboration, parents are given an important role in the achievement of the school goals. This is thru the system of Parent Coordinators. These are parents who help in integrating families into the PAREF system. For each section, some couples are chosen by the school to help in organizing parent activities. Their goal is to integrate all parents into the educational community of Southridge and help them in their role as primary educators.

The parent coordinators are also good channels of communication for clarifications, inquiries and parent support. Parent coordinators are encouraged to get to know the other parents in their batch and build lasting friendships.

There are about six Parent Coordinators(PCs) per batch, they are headed by a Head Parent Coordinator (HPC)
